Project Overview

Modernization of the luxury retail wing, including new skylights, premium flooring, and a redesign of the central atrium to improve natural light flow.

The Challenge

Installation of the massive glass skylight required crane lifts over occupied retail spaces. Safety and weather protection were paramount concerns.

The Solution

We engineered a temporary rolling roof system that protected the mall interior while the skylight was being installed. All crane lifts were performed between 2 AM and 5 AM.
